30-Day Return Policy

At Heated Hoodies, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

We believe in making returns simple and hassle-free. Whether the item doesn't fit quite right, the color isn't what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, we've got you covered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include proof of purchase or order number
  • Heating elements and batteries must be undamaged and functional

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a return at no cost to you and provide either a replacement or full refund. For damaged or defective items, we may request photos to help us improve our quality control.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for your return:

  • Free Returns: We provide prepaid return labels for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Standard Returns: If you changed your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Exchanges: We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to sizing issues

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable products or digital content
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging or tags
